For the management and control of traffic into controlled areas. Typically industrial plants, airports, harbours, and utilities.
SIZE:
Barrier pole stands 865mm above ground level and cover roadwidth up to 10m.
CONSTRUCTION:
Pedestal 350mm x 370mm for pole length up to 6m and 390mm x 470mm for pole length up to 10m.
Pole of aluminium section 55mm wide x 100mm high up to 6 m and x 120 up to 10 m .
Support post square section 100mm x 100mm with receiving bracket on top.
Alternately poles up to 6m fitted with adjustable pendular support.
Folding skirt available up to 8m opening.
DRIVE:
Electro-mechanical drive motor typically 0.55 kw single phase supply, 230v – 50Hz with built in frost protection.
POWER SUPPLY:
415/240v 3 Phase Motor size 4 to 5kw depending on pole length and usage Control voltage 24VDC
CONTROLS:
- Push button open-close or key switch for gatehouse installation.
- Additional key switch in barrier housing.
- Card system swipe/proximity/magnetic in freestanding post for cars, or cars or two tier larger post with two stations for cars and trucks.
- Intercom unit and hand set
- Induction loop auto close - auto exit
FINISH:
Pole plastic coated red/white in 500mm bands.
All steelwork on housing and support post galvanised and plastic coated grey and red.
INSTALLATION:
Barrier housing and support post bolt down to preformed concrete base. Conduit in centre for cable entry on main pedestal.
